Rochdale Alternative Press (RAP) started it's life as a community newspaper, Rochdale's Alternative Paper, in 1971. The paper lasted for 10 years but the printing co-operative that grew out of it carried on, printing for charities and voluntary organisations. RAP merged with Spiderweb in 2000 to become RAP Spiderweb, which while not a co-operative continues to print for the same sector. [[http://www.rapspiderweb.com/]]
